I've contacted a very reliable attorney and he's more than willing to include everyone in on the Class Action Lawsuit!
I have been pretty much letting the pre-recorded/telemarketing calls build up since I registered on the National Do Not Call
List.
The suit hasn't been drafted as of YET, but keep checking back or join my mailing list/newsletter for
updates on upcoming court dates, etc.

Below is all of the information that we've documented and all the names of those whom are responsible for making these harassing
pre-recorded calls! ALL of which violates the TCPA!
a) Parties responsible for providing the ANI's to these call centers who have been calling and harassing
us are Digitcom (a.k.a. Wildgate Wireless)

on 3/12/08 @ 9:21am (pre-recorded call regarding debt resolution services- spoke with Selene, then Greg- both were extremely
rude, calling me an idiot, laughing at me, after I requested them to put me on their DO NOT CALL list and asked them for a
copy of their DO NOT CALL Maintenance policy.
916*219*8134 (Cellular Call) on 3/12/08 @ 9:26am (both reps,
Selene and Greg called me back and harassed me- stated that they "know my number, my address, where I live, etc etc"; in regards
to threats against me and my family. I told them to put me on their DO NOT CALL list and I requested a copy of their Do Not
Call Maintenance Policy and they hung up on me)

rep, Selene, asking, "Why aren't you interested in our services?"; Then I'd tell her to put me on her Do Not Call List and
requested, once again, a copy of the Do Not Call Maintenance Policy and she hung up on me.

they can help me with my debt, etc etc.. I waited for a rep to get on the phone, again, and it was the same person! Selene!
Once again, I asked for the Do Not Call Maintenance Policy and told her to put me on her DO NOT CALL list, and of course,
she hung up again)

Response letter from Digitcom to the Ohio Attorney General's Office:
"The phone numbers (603) 214-3683, (603)
214-3537, (408) 651-8146, (916) 219-8134, and (562) 289-8146 are not used to make phone calls. We supply these numbers to
clients as ANI (Automated Number Identifiers)only, with the limitation and rules outlined below. When the call is actually
made, the ANI typically appears in the caller ID box of the called party's telephone."

They state that they only provide the ANI's and that's it. So,
the companies in addition to Dish Network, National Dealers Warranty, and Surveycruise.com, are those mentioned above who
actually MAKE the calls on behalf of these three major companies just mentioned. They also call on behalf of Direct Solutions
(Executive Direct Solutions) and they are ALSO collectible.
